that all EM & Officers must just let their personal/non-

military possessions just “die” in Europe—you can’t

take them c̅[1] you. you cant send them to the USA unless

you have a bill-of-sale for each item to accompany the

parcel, AND who-in-Hell has saved their bills-of-

sale!Ü!«!! That would be the “last-

straw” to

leave your

blouse, Valpac,

locker, books,

“pinks,” “greens,”

accumulated

(non-sendable)

souveniers &

1000 other things

just because

of a horseshit

technicality

re: bill-of-sale!

AND!—let some

gobbling, grabing

doled (already) Frenchman got ‘em.
